Color Me Mine - North Center

Working with a Franchisee in need of a raw storefront to launch a new ceramic event space, we provided advising before leasing through design and permitting. Timing and budget were of utmost importance in meeting the client’s target grand opening date. Working within the franchise’s guidelines, we quickly secured city permits and construction documents for the General Contractor. The bright open storefront is situated along a walkable stretch of Lincoln Ave. in Chicago’s North Center neighborhood.
