The Lydian - Interiors

The Lydian is a 273-unit new construction apartment building in the quickly developing Illinois Medical District. Working with ParkFowler+ (formerly Brininstool+Lynch), the interiors were designed in close collaboration with the client to produce calm bright spaces. Materials, colors, furniture, and fixtures were all hand-selected for beauty and durability. Custom millwork and lighting throughout the project provide spaces for relaxing and entertaining.
